Have you a good or bad Weight Loss story?

Well before the start of my senior year I decided I wanted to enlist in the Navy. The only problem was that I was about 60 lbs overweight. My mind was set on the Navy so I decided to try and lose some weight..In about 9 months I have lost close to 50 pounds by pure diet and exercise. I didnt do any hardcore cardio or dumb shortcuts..I just ate healthier and went to the gym 3-5 times a week..all I did was the elliptical and ab workouts such as scissor kicks, crunches, and sit ups. I am proud to say that I am almost at my goal and I wont stop until my goal is reached.
