Should i tell my ex boyfriend that i miss him though he has a girlfriend?

I have the same issue.once i told to my ex i miss him he cheated on her and really regret because he now just have feelings for the both of you and even want to go back with you Like it or not there is still the reason will come up of why you two broke up.
