People make fun of me because the think I'm a virgin?

When I'm at a party, I give off the innocent vibe of being a virgin. Everyone is like "aww that's so cute" and blahh blahhh blahhhhh. I don't want to say I'm a virgin because that will just lead them on. I don't want to say I'm not because then they will ask questions. Should I tell them the truth or what..?
