Are Presidents Obama & Calderon joining forces against the flow of illegal cocaine coming from Cuba to Florida?

The demand for cocaine is vast and anything done by any one person or leader is never going to halt it. The best both men can hope for is the quality of the drug and the least offencive drug barons.
