Who are the biggest drinkers in Latin America?

ARGENTINIANS, PERUVIANS & BOLIVIANS ARE THE BIGGEST DRINKERS OF SOUTH AMERICA AND ALL LATIN AMERICA. IN MY OPINION THEY BOTH TIE. Colombians, Central Americans are nothing compared to how much Argentinians, Peruvians and Bolivians drink trust me and go to those countries and you will see.
