What is the best restaurant to celebrate a 19th bday ?

My birthday is coming up and I want a get together with a group friends n have dinner now . I love Peruvian,Italian,American Soul Food and Gourmet. Any suggestions??? ohh n I'm ALLERGIC to Sea Food :(
