I think i love my friend, need advice?

Well, anyone with any smarts knows that sooner or later boys and girls that never talk to each other, suddenly do. That's the way of it, and no one is going to be much surprised. You might want to tell your brother that you like her, as it's quite possible he may like her too, and THAT could make it awkward. If she indicates she is interested in you and, if she is I'm sure you'll know it, then you can work on a relationship. She is, however, too young for sex, and it's in both your best interests to put the brakes on that. Good luck!
