How can I tell if a guy likes me through texts only?

Well obviously it sound like he does girl since hes teasing you about that bracelet. But I still don't think its a good idea to be texting at the late hours you should text during the day and see if hes the same way with talking to you as he is at night . Also, if you keep texting him regularly then you should ask him out like to the mall or something cause he sounds interested and also it be another way to get to know each other a little better in person rather than text and trust me living 40 minutes away from each other is nothing compared to 3 hours.
