Traditional food from peru?

my friend and i are doing an "around the world" project for school, and we are doing peru. We need to create a *traditional* peruvian food. ad recipes or links to a recipe would be greatly appreciated :) preferably something easy to serve and not necessarily needed to keep warm/cold
