What is so hard to understand about the fact that there is a difference between a Mexican and Latina person?
Mexicans can be Latina, but if you don't wanna sound dumb, you ask a person if they're Latino/a NOT MEXICAN! I'm Peruvian, not Mexican. Is it just me or are there other people that get annoyed too?
