Are the seeds for the peruvian lily on the end of the pistols of the flowers?

We have a bouquet of them and these seedlike things are falling off of the ends of the pistols of each flower. Will they grow into a plant? I know they are perennials that grow from a bulb but where does the bulb start or come from? I read on Wikipedia that the seeds are hard and round; these are not. They also show a seed pod. Any thoughts?
